Frank Eppes' client was found not guilty of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature in Greenville, S.C.; and
Kris Hines and Chris Truluck of the Richland County Public Defender's Office got a directed verdict of not guilty for their client who was charged with burglary 1st degree.
