Cop - Busters reverse sting
No one but Barry Cooper would pull a stunt like this one:
KopBusters rented a house in Odessa, Texas and began growing two small Christmas trees under a grow light similar to those used for growing marijuana. When faced with a suspected marijuana grow, the police usually use illegal FLIR cameras and/or lie on the search warrant affidavit claiming they have probable cause to raid the house. Instead of conducting a proper investigation which usually leads to no probable cause, the Kops lie on the affidavit claiming a confidential informant saw the plants and/or the police could smell marijuana coming from the suspected house. The trap was set and less than 24 hours later, the Odessa narcotics unit raided the house only to find KopBuster's attorney waiting under a system of complex gadgetry and spy cameras that streamed online to the KopBuster's secret mobile office nearby.
The attorney was handcuffed and later released when eleven KopBuster detectives arrived with the media in tow to question the illegal raid. The police refused to give KopBusters the search warrant affidavit which is suspected to contain the lies regarding the probable cause.
Barry and others are protesting the conviction of Yolanda Madden, who was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, even though the Odessa narcotics unit's informant testified that they made him plant the drugs on her, the informant then passed a polygraph, Yolanda passed a polygraph, and Yolanda passed a drug test. Yolanda was convicted anyway and sentenced to 8 years in prison.
What I want to know is what kind of information the officers' search warrant affidavit contained when they raided the Kopbuster's house. I guarantee that the officers and authorities are going to attempt to charge Barry & Co. with some type of crime as a result of this embarrassment. (H/T Windypundit)

Alaska law
State V Smith
182 P3D 651
If you can smell marijuana on the outside air of ones home in Alaska then it's indicative that there is over a 1/4 pound in the house and cops can get a warrant to search your house.
With all the cops that lie.
it's not looking good for the free state.
Help

People that smoke pot tend to form their own thoughts and people that don't are easy to program and become a tool of the state. That is the reason that it is illegal.
Another reason that it is illegal is that NOTHING destroys more people that alcohol and pot smokers don't tend to be drinkers.

I want to say that I've lived in Kern county for about ten years and I have no criminal record of any kind. Sense being here, I've noticed how corrupt the Kern county sheriff's department is. Framing people, falsifying evidence, and list goes on and on...
What's even worse, is the courts. When someone goes before the bench and asks for a trial, especially in small cases, the trial consist of the Judge and DA in a room together making the decision, even when there is no evidence, they take the corrupt cop's word over the defendant's. So usually, they are prosecuted without any kind of evidence at all. That's no trial. A trial is being judged by your peers, not some government employed drones who do what they want.
And whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
This whole thing is sad. And I wonder where is the internal affairs office who are suppose to be policing the police?
As a law abiding citizen, those are my thoughts. Plus, I'm going to get a camera, a crew and some equepment, so I can catch these thugs with a badge and plaster the feed all over the internet. So what do you currupt cops think about that?
Watch out, the COP BUSTER'S site is coming soon... and as far as the courts go, same thing...

I never used drugs, but was stalked for several months in Missoula in 2004 by what had to be agents trying to sell me drugs, mostly crack. This started as a "chance" encounter at a fishing hole where a runty looking guy claimed to have smoked crack for 5 years as a supervisor at a local company with upper management aware. Very odd. By another odd set of circumstances, I ended up working there, next to the DOJ, a telemarketing sweatshop calling itself Research Data Design, where the propositioning continued. In no way am I favoring drug use, but this was a very rude experience, then I found that voc rehab was trying to get my autistic son to work there, about 20yoa. What's going on here? A rough guess is this had something to do with keep the rape of a young girl in a local high school quiet. food for thought, I left the country soon, fed up with that sort of thing
