Bert will be opening a law office in Conway, after working for 9 years at the solicitor's office. I look forward to seeing you fighting the good fight for the wrongfully accused - best of luck to you in your new practice.

I would like to thank Mr. Von Hermann for the excellent job that he did prosecuting the killer of my step son Ashley Brent Whitfield who died on Aug 2, 2006. He put up an endless fight for justice. Even though the results were not exactly as we had hoped we are forever greatful that justice was served. Thanks Bert and best wishes in your new practice!
